Q: I never received a confirmation email that my account is active, can I login?
A1: Please add our domain to your safe senders list and check your SPAM or junk folder to see if you received a message from: bounces@wewearbras.com.
A2: Try to log in, your account may have been activated and you did not see the approval message that was sent. If receive a failure message and you cannot resolve it on your own please Contact Us with that error message. Remember that it can take 24-48 hours to return messages.
Q: I was a member at Men Wear Bras, will my User ID and password work at this site?
A: No it will not. You must register at this site.
Q: Why might a registration be rejected?
A1: An incorrect birthday or “The tell us why you wish to join was not completed”, we want to know about you before we let you in Contact Us with that error message. Remember that it can take 24-48 hours to return messages.
Q: How long must my password be?
A: 8 Characters including a capital letter, number and a special characters.
