Q: I never received a confirmation email that my account is active, can I login?
A1: Please add our domain to your safe senders list and check your SPAM or junk folder to see if you received a message from: bounces@wewearbras.com.
A2: Try using the email address that you registered with instead of your User ID to login, if you get logged in, go and check what User ID you created when you signed up in your profile page.
A3: Try to log in, your account may have been activated and you did not see the approval message that was sent. If receive a failure message and you cannot resolve it on your own please Contact Us with that error message. Remember that it can take 24-48 hours to return messages.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: If your are logged in, go to your profile page and in the account settings section you may change it there.
A2: If you cannot login because you for got your password, you can use the Password Reset Tool. You must have access to the email account that you are registered with to use the tool! Also, please add our domain to your safe senders list and check you SPAM or junk folder for a message from: bounces@wewearbras.com so that you receive the message with the link.
Q: It looks like my account could be locked out!
A: It could be! A word of caution, if you fail to login 4 times in a short time, your account gets locked for 10 minutes without it telling you are locked out!
