That is a most tragic story. It is shocking to once again learn that people in this day can have so much hate. I am reminded of a song from the 1960’s that begins, “Where have all the flowers gone?” and ends with the unanswerable question, “When will we ever learn?”
I have been a born again Christian since the age of 20.
It was, and still is, the best thing that ever happened to me.
Pastors like Bubba are the real thing. The haters don’t understand forgiveness, or perhaps they have secrets they can’t forgive themselves for.
Jesus did not teach us to hate anyone.

Diane — Although we’re probably miles apart on maters of religion,
I greatly admire the attitude your post expresses.
There is simply no reason to hate people who are different — and from what
I know of Christianity, doing so is NOT Christian.
Unfortunately, this is how it is, has been and evermore will be.
